Returns

If you need to return goods because of damages, the return process will be arranged by Event Live Shop. Please email Event Live with the reason for returning the goods. If the items are damaged, please take picture of items and send it to:

Returns can only be accepted if you have received defective goods. Please note that all products have been approved in terms of quality and branding.
